Newman Realty Group is a family-owned firm led by Greg and Becky Newman. The Newmans have been serving buyers, sellers and investors in the Denver Metro Area for over 36 years, and 95-99% of our business comes from referrals or past clients—many of whom have become dear friends.

GREG NEWMAN
Greg Newman—a Colorado Native—has extensive experience in selling residential real estate from Estes Park to Colorado Springs and everywhere in between. He has worked with builders and contractors to sell many newly constructed homes, and he serves as both a buyer’s agent and listing agent. Greg holds the designation of Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and is also a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Agent—a designation that just 4% of all realtors in the U.S. hold. Greg truly loves what he does and enjoys interacting with clients as they work toward the goal of a successful closing.
Greg and his wife Becky live in Castle Rock, Colorado. They have 4 grown children and 4 grandchildren who keep them young and very busy!
BECKY NEWMAN
Partnering with her husband Greg as the co-owner of Newman Realty Group, Becky has been around the real estate industry for many years, first as owner of Autumn Leaf Designs—a staging company. In this role, Becky served many real estate professionals as a pre-sale consultant with the objective of helping sellers prepare to sell their homes for top dollar and with the least amount of effort and expense. After her work as pre-sale consultant, Becky became a real estate broker herself. Now as the co-owner of Newman Realty Group, Becky has a passion for serving her clients well and leaves no stone unturned to find them the right home or get their current home sold.
Becky also enjoys serving in her community in many capacities. Whether it’s physically working in the food bank, shoveling snow for neighbors, visiting an elderly or lonely neighbor, or donating a portion of her commissions, the lives of others matter to Becky, and she is always desiring to lighten other people’s loads.
In her spare time Becky enjoys her grandchildren, family and friends and is passionate about being on the lake with her kayak and fishing pole.
SEAN NEWMAN
Sean Newman is a Colorado native and has lived in the Denver area most of his life. Desiring to help people find their forever home or the perfect investment, Sean works hard to bring his 20 years of leadership and management skills as well as his Masters in Organizational Leadership to streamline the complex real estate search and transaction process.
While enjoying all the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer, as well as a good cup of coffee, Sean works tirelessly for his clients and those at Newman Realty Group to accomplish an organized and painless process, resulting in deeply satisfied clients and investors.
Kyleen Nowakowski
Kyleen Nowakowski has a long history of serving her community and building strong relationships as she has served as a leader in the local church for over 10 years. She prides herself in being authentic, trustworthy and compassionate. Her attention to detail and desire to provide the best experience in the buying and selling process sets her apart in the real estate industry. She has an all-in mentality and loves thinking outside the box to ensure her clients are educated with every option available to them.
One of Kyleen’s greatest motivations is her family. She has been married to her high school sweetheart, Darrin for 19 years and has two beautiful kids, Julia who is almost 20 and Jordan who is 17! Kyleen loves being a Broker Associate with Newman Realty Group and takes pride in being part of a brokerage that truly puts people first!
